For the past 11 years, El Gaucho’s seafood concept was known as “Seattle’s hidden jewel.” Albeit great success, the time has come to uncover that jewel and reintroduce AQUA as part of the family.

Our loyal “Waterfront” fans can rest assured the core of this restaurant hasn’t change. You will still chat with the same team, enjoy many of the same menu favorites, and soak in the same breathtaking, panoramic view.
